La berverie is a really good place for private meetings and parties. The underlying objective in setting these rates is to encourage family bookings of la Berverie. 

The Different types of rate are :

For your stay, you can choose any of the three following options :

• Regular 2 days Week-end : from 18:00hrs the day before the week end until 08:00hrs the day after 
• 3 or 4 days Week-end : if you wish to stay longer or in case of (FRENCH!) bank holiday weekends
• Mid-weeks : from Monday 18:00hrs to Friday 12:00hrs (without any bank holidays)
• Full weeks : from Friday 18:00hrs to the following Friday 12:00hrs, or from Monday 18:00hrs to the following Monday 08:00hrs.

Payment must be made for all the days/nights booked for, even if the actual length of stay is shorter than booked, except in the case of overnight stays, which are available under certain conditions.

NB : there are quite a few bank holidays in France :
Toussaint on Nov. 1st, Christmas, Easter, Ascension, Pentecost, May Day, 8th May, 15th Aug., 14th July. 

The following are available to rent together or separately:

• One appartment (ADC) on the ground floor : ADC contract to download
• One appartment (AMR) on the first floor AMR contract to download
• One lounge (JLB) on the first floor. This can only be rented together with one/both of the above apartments : AMR+JLB contract to download for the whole first floor. The ADC + JLB contract is available upon request.

The comfort formula :

A general cleaning and tidying service is available at the end of your stay upon request of the comfort formula. Don't forget to take your rubbish away with you before leaving if you don't ask for it,

Bathroom towelling and bedroom linen :

• For 22€ /person,    provided sufficient notice is given, the beds will be prepared before arrival and bathroom towelling provided.
•   For 16€/person, linen and towelling will be provided.
• You may also choose to bring your own linen and towelling.

Rental rates

Those prices are valid up to the end of December 2010.

All prices are in Euros. If requested, the comfort formula and the linen/towelling will be charged in addition to the basic prices as above.

From March 15th  to November 15th, Tourism taxes are due 0.40 Euros per night and per person aged 13 and over per night in 2009, when they stay as they were previously. 

Booking conditions : 

Options : 

• Once contact details have been given and a  preliminary booking has been made, it must be confirmed within 1 week, otherwise it will be cancelled.
• in the particular case when we send details by mail and we offer this preliminary booking, do confirm your interest very quickly within 3 days , otherwise it will be cancelled.

Confirmation of booking : After agreeing a time of arrival by e-mail or phone with the contact person, it is necessary to confirm your booking by signing and sending the contract and a cheque for 30% of the value of the booking. These must be received by us within 10  days for the booking to take effect. The contract is available to view on the website , from where it is possible to print two copies (one for you to keep and the other for you to sign and send to us). However, if you request, we can send you copies by post.

The overnight stays : 

Due to a strong demand from our customers as well as our partners, we offer overnight stays which can be arranged, but access is restricted to bedrooms and bathrooms only. If sufficient notice is given beds will be made and bathroom towelling provided. The bedrooms are made available from 16:00hrs and it is essential that they are vacated before midday of the following day. 

For your information, €155 for 2 people,  and progressivly decreasing down to 43€ per person minimum (booking for the whole first floor for 13 people at €559, and booking of the ground floor for 5 persons at €215). A deposit of 50% must be made when booking, Tourism taxes are due too, and a special contract is sent to you .

Discounts are available for bookings of  successive overnight stays, or when family offers to bring its own linen and towelling.

Breakfast is available upon prior request (the necessary equipment will be made available and fresh baguettes and croissants will be delivered).

When you arrive :

When you arrive, at the time agreed, you must call on the intercom (the name to call will be found in your contract).

Please inform us of any delays to your planned arrival time. This is particularly important if you are expected during the evening, as we cannot arrange someone to wait too long for you, sorry for that

Pets : 

Pets are strictly prohibited in the garden and you are strongly discouraged from bringing them. However under exceptional circumstances and with prior agreement with the owner, well-behaved pets may be allowed at a fee equivalent to the ‘comfort formula’.
